DC Surge Suppressor.  Outdoor DC Powerline surge suppressor – protector. Protects input and output separately.

Lumped inductance

Lumped inductance between input and output chokes surges coming from flowing through.  Gas discharge tubes then shunt the surge to ground while impeding their flow to the other side of the device. Both semiconductor surge suppression and Gas Discharge Tube for fast and large surge protection. Double Multi-Stage protection devices provide 4 X the protection of conventional protection devices.
